Im 28 and am in trouble. I have been through some tough times and am finally getting back on my feet. My teeth are in really bad shape... chiped rotting and some missing. Im ashamed and afraid. Any advise as to turn my life around in regards to this? Its hard even seeing life long friends... this is all i think about
