Mystery tooth pain even after root canal

I've had severe pain around my molars for years, and last year I got a root canal and crown and was assured that the nerves had been completely removed, but the pain is still ongoing, I've had several dentists check for infections and none could find anything of the sort. The pain gets worse after eating or drinking, especially if it's something cold or sweet. I have to apply Oragel multiple times a day just to deal with the pain. I've gotten other molars removed to try to stop the pain but it just ended up jumping to the next ones. My endodontist said they found nothing even with their equipment and to see an oral pain specialist, but I cannot afford that right now. I'm hoping there might be an expert that has seen the same thing happen and can point me in the right direction.

Good day
It is possible that you are looking at some sort of neuralgia or nerve problem. I agree that you should see a pain specialist.

Do check any genetic or allergic condition .

As far as my dental visit exeperince . I had similar issue while dental implant . My body rejects the implant which is a surprising case to my dentist , after implant within few days I had developed swelling and severe pain at the site , XRAY , CT , MRI all came out nothing .

Than my well experienced dentist who is also a maxilofacial plastic sutgeon he said I have a genetic condition as i have no allergy .

He concluded that my body rejecting the implant thats why things happening

I am the only sensative and rare case to my dentist. May be you are similar too

Lastly my dentist advice is IF ITS MOLAR than remove it dont try to save it to avoid other complications
