Painful Wisdom Tooth Cavity?

My wisdom teeth came in and having a lot of trouble with one of them. My bottom right wisdom tooth looks like this and I'm having a lot of pain. It flared last week with extreme pain and now this week again its starting up. Trying to understand what exactly is wrong with it. It's this dull aching that hurts in the back of my jaw.

Dont know what is wrong or what I can do as I don't have insurance or money to see a proper dentist.

The tooth has a large cavity. My recommendation would be to have it removed.
