Tooth 31 was throbbing for a few weeks so I saw a new endodontist & couldn’t see infection but did a root canal and saw a crack. He said there’s a chance I will need to pull the tooth. Ever since the root canal my teeth are catching and biting my cheek but endodontist seems unconcerned. Go back to my dentist soon to decide about extraction or crown. How do I figure out whether it’s worth it to save the tooth or not? Dental treatment has gotten expensive.
