Root canal not possible

Hi. My front tooth is badly infected, the specialist dentist had examined it and said that root canal will not work due to bone lost and severe infection. And recommended extraction. While my regular dentist said if I don't feel pain (no pain) extraction is not recommended as this is a front tooth and infection can not spread to other teeth. The tooth is a bit loose already, I also have a gum disease. I don't know what to do. I am worried that the infection can spread to other theeth or different part of my body.

Actice infection can most definitely spread to adjacent teeth. It can also spread to adjacent facial spaces leading to life threatening conditions. The infection most likely also contributed to the bone loss in the area. My opinion would be to rather extract it, and replace it with a partial denture.
The gum disease should be treated as soon as possible by a periodontist as well, if you have not already seen one.
