Is a hole and suctioning feeling normal after bone grafting?

I had to redo a bone graft again for the second time in a row after the first attempt right after an failed implant was unsuccessful as my tissue was too soft due to inflammation.

The doc used glue instead of a membrane this time so I was concerned if it was normal to feel suctioning when I talk or eat a certain way.

I noticed a small hole, but I’m wondering if the doc is just monitoring since the graft is mainly intact (previously there was a def full thickness hole, felt bits of bone particles in my mouth and a stitch came out).

Will attach a photo of the progression I saw, first two prior to seeing the doc then the third photo was taken after.

Just want to double check a small hole can be okay and the suctioning I feel is not because of the hole but the glue used?

Any insight would be appreciated, thanks very much

It seems okay. I would also suggets only monitoring it at this stage.
Sorry, Dr. M. Just wanted to add updated photos and your thoughts please. It looked more normal last night and this morning looks like another opening? Not sure if this is cause for concern?
(1st is last night, other two are this morning)

I would still only monitor it at this stage. The opening is very small and it takes time for a bone graft to take as well as the associated gum tissue to heal.
