7 year old kid suck thumb and cause face bone change

She stopped it now , but her face still down't look right, especially the bone around mouth, they are pointing forward and the chin backward, similar to this pic,
Or maybe this is overbite?


Any solution? Does she need a headgear to pull the tooth/bone back?
