Teeth extraction 24 Hours ago, does this look normal? (very painful)

Hi guys,
So I had a tooth extraction 24 hours ago and the i'm feeling a lot of pain at the moment, i'm getting small amounts of blood from the area and it looks like there is bone coming out of it? My ear is also in agony aswell. Could somebody give me an idea as to what this is?

Use salt rinses as directed.

Looks like your phone camera has good resolution but is out of focus. Try manual focusing.
