Is this a cavity?

I have a few of these almost perfect circular marks on my teeth. Are the cavities or something else? Perhaps teeth grinding at night?

I'd see a dentist for an opinion, but if you worry about decay then ask the dentist to seal your molars. You have very nice teeth by the way.
