Dentist never said anything my last appointment, have a new one next month? Will my front teeth fall out?

No they won't fall out. Difficult to determine if it is a cavity or stain only. You would need a clinical examination, in order to determine if the area is soft and sticky or hard. Best would be to mention your concerns to your dentist next time when you are in the chair.
