Should all legitimate practicing dentists be capable of examinig a patient and determining his cavities equally (ex. all agree tooth #9 is a cavity)?

I am asking because I had different dentists examine my mouth and disagree whether a tooth is a it is a cavity or not.

Most of the time they should agree. But it depends on the clinical and radiological views. You have to have all the information.
