Meth and Teeth Removal

I just found out that my ex wife had to have all her teeth removed "because of headaches." Quick web searches tell me that teeth removal for headaches are typically restricted to wisdom teeth, and that total removal of all teeth can be because of meth use. I saw her 4 months ago and she had all her teeth; they were nasty looking, but she had them. She's got custody of my daughter, so I'm fearing the worst. What reasons might someone have for having all their teeth removed?
