It looks like a blood vessel. Could’ve been there forever as it’s not visible in normal viewing of my tongue as it’s just over the back of my tongue. I’m extremely stressed out about it and unable to see a dentist at the moment. I’ve taken the best photo I can. I’ve also added a photo of my tongue sticking out so you can see how far back it is as you can’t see anything.
