Leukoplakia? Or just normal tongue tissue

I recently noticed a clearish whiteish marking on the left side of my tongue. It is next to a capped tooth but it isn't painful at all and isn't elevated. It's totally smooth and I wouldn't know it was there if I hadn't been inspecting my mouth.
My dentist yesterday did an oral cancer screening and said my mouth looks normal but then I noticed this and am getting worried. Is it possible he missed this and it is leukoplakia? Thanks

It's hard to see due to some glare (shine) at the white area. Abnormal white tissue usually presents as a callous or thickening of the skin.
