I've had this small bump on the inside of my lip for awhile now. I'm pretty sure it came after I accidentally bit my lip (but not sure as it was awhile ago). There's no pain, no discharge, and no discomfort. I've been rinsing my mouth with a saline rinse daily and have noticed it decrease in size, but if I forget to use the rinse for a week or so, it'll grow back again.
Based on what I've found on the internet, I think this is a mucocele. I've had it for a little over 2 months now, but I think it's gradually shrinking with the saline rinse.
Should I be worried about it, or just keep doing what I'm doing and wait for it to resolve?
