A section between two teeth has swollen into a small lump bleeds just likes like the gums are swollen it’s was painful to the touch originally but not anymore after extra care with flossing mouthwash and brushing. However the inflammation is still there and it bleeds if agitated. What should I do.

Good day

Might be time for a professional cleaning by a dentist or hygienist. They will assess the inflammation and advise if any medication is required in order to treat the inflammation
