Root Canal

Hello, I wish to place crowns on teeth 5,6,11. Will 5,6,11 each require a root canal for crown? What is the severity of decay on 5,6,11 based on the xrays? Sorry not sure which xray shows teeth 5,6,11. Thank you.

When was the root canal completed on tooth number 11? It looks like there is still a radiolucent area present.
Based on the x-ray, thereis a high chance that teeth numbers 5 and 6 require root canal treatments, due to the extent of the decay.
