Premolar and tooth eruption with bridge break

I was wondering what should I watch for with my 2nd premolar bridge breaking with a tooth erupting under it. For infection any cleaning recommendation other then brushing. I am older the 40 so I just don't know what to do the tooth is completely white under it.

Why was a bridge placed over an unerupted tooth?

Yes it was over the unerupted tooth some of the bridge is still there with the tooth further pushing it out. The filling at first is what was breaking it behind it now it is just falling apart as the tooth grows.

It sounds like you will have to have the bridge removed, the tooth extracted and then replaced with a new bridge.
A bridge should never have been placed over an unerupted tooth or tooth root.

The tooth seems healthy I think I will wait and see what happens if the bridge will fall out on its own or not. I will keep brushing probably mouth wash in the future.

You can use the bridge for as long as possible yes. Because once it is out, it is out. So use it to function for now.
