Questions relating extractions and price.

I am gonna need an upper denture. I have 10 upper teeth that I have to be removed. 5 of them have not broken all the way down to the gum, but the other 5 have. That's not even a tooth, just some at the gum. So my first question is, will that cost more or be about the same price for a regular extraction?

My next question is, around here it's usually around 130 for an extraction, so will the dentist charge me by saying 130x10 leaving that being around 1,300 dollars for the extractions?

And how much is it to have an impression done?

Those are the questions I need answers too. Or just an idea of what I am looking at. Thanks to anyone that can help.
