Probability of 2 root canals done on 2 different teeth two years apart and are both bad

IS this a patient (me) problem or an endodontist that performed those root canals problem? The years of procedures are 2010 and 2012. Another endodontist has said both teeth will be lost due to bone loss.

Bone loss could mean a periodontal issue. This is not the say the Root canals were poorly done.

Xray to show us? Bone loss is usually a gum problem. Not enough details.
