pregnant patient with unilateral condylar fracture

A 40-year-old female patient is in second trimester of pregnancy presented with RTA complaining of pain and limited mouth opening, on examination occlusion is disturbed, radiograph reveals intracapsular condylar fracture on left side ,

A, what would be your management plan for this patient?

As the patient is pregnant, we should try to go for a non-surgical treatment. But i think sugrery will not going to cause any harm but we should be aware also.
so start with painkillers and anti-inflammatory drugs.
for limited mouth opening, do jaw exercises.
but these procedures will only treat the symptoms.
so if possible, wait for the pregnancy to concede.
then go for condylar surgery.
