Periodonrist severe stage

Hi guys my dentist is in the process of building me a new front crown his fitted me a tempory one which is yellow which I have to have for 2 months as he can't take moulds for the real crown until my gums have settled however he said my other 3 front crowns will fall out soon and he can only do them as and when they do fall out I'm traumatised I'm going to upload some pics of my gums and teeth any advice greatly appreciated

My gums its very front one that's a tempory crown as you can see it don't match color of my teeth im terrified I'm going to lose them all however dentist just seems think we have wait for gums to settle
