Implant abutment came unscrewed

Hi I'm new here! I had the 1st stage implant done for a missing tooth, I guess about 5-6 weeks ago but the metal stud just fell out and I picked it out from under my tongue. I think I've got it screwed back in with my fingers, is there an allen wrench i can use? Once i thought it was screwed in but i was able to pull it out, so I'm not 100% sure its connected. The earliest i can gonto the dentist is 9am and its 11pm now. Thabk you all!!! God bless!

if an implant cover screw were to come off the implant, it would be best to have it placed back on the implant right away.
