I just got my herbst device installed and I'm having problems and questions. First, I can't eat because the crossbar at the top of my mouth keeps limiting tounge movement and it gets my food wedged in it and I can only bite my front two teeth so chewing is nearly impossible. Second, the screw i think? in the front of my mouth is sticking out my mouth when i close my mouth.
