extraction on wafarin

Looking for dentists in Harrisburg Pa area who will extract a molar with an INR between 2.5 and 3 (I'm kept between 3 and 4, several heart problems) and is familiar with the use of hemostatic agents. Molar split to below gum line. From what I've read results on higher INR seem very positive; compare bleeding problems with blood clots, to me no contest.

Also interested in comments on my opinions and other alternatives (fill the gap with medical super glue and cap it).
