Disappointed with implant bridge

Hi, I was looking for people's opinion on my implant bridge I have just got done. I'm not really happy with how it looks, it doesn't match my other teeth shape and size very well and also shorter than my teeth on the otherside. I feel it just doesn't look right. Is this fine or should I ask for it to be replaced? Or maybe even get lower dentures my teeth are in such bad condition?

The teeth might be lower on that side due to your top teeth over-erupting, especially if you had missing teeth on the bottom for an extended period of time. The only why you can get a proper occlusion is then unfortunately by lowering the implant teeth as much as possible, to prevent too much occlusal or bite forces on the implants.
I would not recommend full bottom dentures at this stage

Thanks for replying. The implant bridge is not touching the upper teeth when I bite, instead my teeth on the other side are hitting the upper teeth first. Is it possible to ask my dentist to redo the implant bridge if I'm not happy with it and if not can resin bonding be added to the implant teeth, probably not as needs to be bonded to real teeth?

No not touching at all. This is when I'm fully biting down. What do you think?

Are they not touching at all? How large is the gap? Can you take a photo when you bite?

This does seem strange based in your photo. I would go back to your treating dentist. Sometimes they can add material to a crown in order to fix the occlusion.

Thanks for your feedback. I will go back and ask for it to be fixed or another bridge made.
