HELP!!

First time posting here and the internet is so confusing so why not go here! But, throughout my life i never really had any issues with my adult teeth having cavities, and now I have a different doctor and she’s says I have cavities in between all of my teeth? I’m a little confused because how is there cavities forming everywhere if I never had that issue before? She said they’re new but now that she said that I’m a bit lost. Now I’m trying to see what stuff to do now. I’m researching on remineralization and whatnot. I just don’t see how this happened all of a sudden if my habits haven’t changed one bit since my last visits, I’ve even been brushing more often??? I’m at a loss honestly if anyone has any suggestions it would truly be appreciated. Maybe any good websites, anything would help :(.
History I’ve had is when I was a kid my back teeth had cavities, I have had gingivitis issues that went away thankfully, and that’s about it. Besides this situation I have been great for the past year.
now that i remember, my dentist once said I had a cavity probably forming and he just scraped it off, never had an issue with that teeth again.

nothing makes sense at all right now..

First of all, do you have any x-rays that you could share so that we can confirm if there are indeed cavities or not? We have had cases on this forum before, where there were not as many cavities as the dentist made the patient believe.

Yes, Xrays are open to interpretation and differing schools of thought as to when intervention is required. In "the old days" we were taught to be much more aggressive. Nowadays, with fluoridated water and toothpastes having been around for decades and with good oral hygiene and eating habits, we can adopt a much more conservative approach.
