Question about edges of seated crowns

I've noticed when flossing they almost move around but don't come loose and get stuck on edges is it possible to adjust just the edge to reduce tgis

It depends. Is it excessive cement, then yes, or is it poor margins on the crowns? Then the crowns should be re-done in my opinion.
