What will dentists in general typically do if they find a very tiny cavity in its very early stages on or underneath a molar sealant? Will they simply make a filling or might they have other alternatives so a filling wont be absolutely necessary? Would they have other options instead of just a traditional filling?

Depends on the depth of the cavity and the appearance on an x-ray. If it does not go past the enamel layer, then remineralization can take place. If it goes into the dentin, then a filling is indicated.

Whats remineralization? Will remineralization work impact tooth? Will this procedure cause in the distant future for the tooth to maybe crack or fracture?
