Can i put off scaling for a few weeks?

My periodontist said my pockets are all 5-8 but said he can
save them all with scaling except my wisdom tooth number 1
which had a painful cavity and to much bone loss. I had
That tooth out a few days ago and missed a day from work,
My appointment for scaling is next week, could I wait 2
more weeks so I can take off again or can damage of gum
disease make it a lot worse in a few weeks? Sorry

scaling is good treatment to cure gum disease.it will work very efficently ,we feel improvement in a few week.Take advice of your dentist to pull off scaling because your dentist know your problem very well.
