MULTIPLE rt's over the years..now have a hole at the gum line on the tooth next to eyetooth and have pain for hot/cold, when chewing certain foods, etc. I know a root canal is needed, have an appt next week. Wondering if this will be a very involved procedure since there a a hole at the gum line. This tooth should only have one root to do. Any thoughts?
