another root canal

Hello everyone, I have a concern about my root canal. Actually I had one root canal with my lower front tooth. I'm not sure about the number but I think #20 or #21. Eveything went well after my root canal but after 2 weeks, I felt the pressure near the root. I cannot bite because I can feel the pressure when i tap my tooth. I went back to my doctor and took a xray. She said, I need to have 2 root canals #23 and #22 lower left. I don't feel any pain from that tooth. I asked if I need to take antibiotics and she said I don't need to. I just took pain reliever and the pain got lessen but I can still feel the pressure when I tap my tooth. Do you think I should take a root canal for my tooth #23 and #22 even I don't feel any pain? I don't have insurance yet I still need to wait early next year. By the way I have a tooth bridge #20, 21, 22 and 23. My doctor said I need also to replace my bridge.
