Pain on chewing on pre-filled tooth

Picture #1 is May 2024, in which first molar is decayed.

Picture #2 is February 2025, in which three teeth have fillings. I'm concerned about the dark spot on the right, although the enamel looks intact?

Now (three months later) I'm experiencing pain when biting on first molar. Gums are also bleeding.

The filling on the first molar, might be too high, therefore it causes pain when biting down on the tooth. The x-ray picture is not the clearest, but there is definitely decay on the second molar, as well as secondary decay below the filling on the 2nd molar, and possible secondary decay on the first molar as well.
I would have both these teeth re-filled as soon as possible.
Bleeding gums could be an indication of gingivitis, due to poor oral hygiene in these associated areas.

I saw a dentist today who took another xray. The decay hasn't spread since Feb but she did confirm decay on the second molar. I forgot to ask at the time - I am currently in the process of moving house, do you think I'd be safe to leave it another 5 weeks before getting it filled??

I would not wait too long. Decay can spread very quickly and if it goes into the pulp or nerve, you might be looking at a root canal treatment, instead of only a normal filling.
