As I had surgical extraction of my molar teeth .
I am having more pain now , i have to extract my molar due to heavy bone loss and as said Prognosis to RCT treatment is very poor as teeth is badly damaged with root level caries .
Now I have some weird ball like feeling in gums of the extracted teeth area which feels painfull and upon touch its very hard
