Hardly any teeth, been terrified for years, previous work collapsed and now all need extraction. But no dentist,

After years of gum problems, work had done didn't last and just putting off dealing with it for years, I'm now in constant pain, can't eat properly, sore mouth, looking years older and no confidence at all . But now I can't find a nhs dentist, and scared will end up needing emergency surgery and being left looking even worse and no teeth at all. I'm 39 and it has taken over my life, I'm a shadow of who I used to be.
