I have terrible anxiety, so it’s really bothering me. I would really appreciate if anyone could tell me that these little white spots are?

Good day

Fordyce granules, or ectopic sebaceous glands are a normal occurrence in the oral cavity. Although more common in the buccal or cheek area, they are known to sometimes occur in other areas as well.
I would not stress and just keep an eye on the area for any changes.

How long do you guys have it?

Do they get worse or start to hurt?

I discovered mine around two months who when I had a cold and even though I'm not sick anymore they don't go away. They don't hurt and they don't get worse but not better either.
