What should i do?

Patient came into my clinic having pain in 15.
There was a pulpal involvement as well as the wideing in pdl space is seen
I did bmp and irrigation properly.Next day the patient came and complaint of having pain in the buccal aspect of teeth and also when i probed interdentally she is having pain.
Now i couldnot make out why is she having pain as there is still widening in pdl space.
Please tell me other treatment options...
Havs i missed canal or is it because of food lodgement in the interdental gingiva

There is a chance that there is an extra canal present.
Did you prescribe any medication?
If there was infection prior to starting the root canal, which would be indicated by an enlarged peri-apical area, then some antibiotics should do the trick.
It is also important to note, that sometimes it take 2-3 days after starting the root canal, for the pain to subside. Same goes for when the root canal has been completed.

I checked the radiograpgh no missed canal, There was no periapical radiolucency
Just widening of pdl space
I prescribed painkillers
