Hi, I noticed a white circle about 5 days ago behind my teeth and under my tounge. It was painful at 1st but has since died down. Should I be concerned this could be something serious or could it be something as simple as a mouth ulcer ? Thank you for all the comments and advice. Please help !

Keep an eye on this area. It could be an ulcer or even a mucocele. This usually disappears within 10-14 days. If the lesion is still present after this time, I would then suggest seeing an oral surgeon for a potential biospy, since the floor of the mouth is a high risk area for potentially malignant disorders.
