I have these bumps on the right side of my tongue, and they seem to go pretty decently back, almost looks like it goes down the back of my tongue. I am a user of smokeless tobacco, and this has me a little worried. What do y'all think it could be? Copy and paste this link to see the picture, thank you very much! I'm anxious.
