Hi guys
Got a tooth extracted 3 weeks ago.First molar i think on upper right.Two minutes and it was out.Im prone to dry sockets and as luck would have it i took one.Went back to dentist and he dressed it 3 times.Now three weeks later the tooth beside extraction site is excruciatingly painful to touch as well as roof of mouth and whole area around it.Went to dentist and he x rayed it.Said it looks ok and extraction site is healing well.So where am i getting pain from.Could nerves be taking time to settle down or what or is there something wrong with adjacent tooth now.
