Are my wisdom tooth extraction sites infected?

I got my wisdom teeth out on Friday (it is now Wednesday). All four of them were impacted. Healing seemed to be going on track up until yesterday when pain started to pick up. I took pictures of the inside of my mouth and I feel like it may be infected. By looking at these two pictures of my bottom two extraction holes, can you tell if they are infected? If so what should I do? I am currently on antibiotics already.
