She wants them to be more together, straight. She’s had gum problems in the past, so I’m not sure how that’s going to affect anything. Will that be possible, she’s about 50. What procedures will she have if she decides to get cosmetic surgery? And how much will it cost? What’s the procedure for the payment?

It looks like she has severe gum disease. The most important is to get series of x-rays and a full exam. The dentist would need to know the amount of bone and gum attachment the teeth has. If the bone and gums deteriorated too much causing the teeth to be loose, then they may need to be extracted.
