Single mini implant cost for upper & lower teeth

I have to extract one lower ( retreated) and upper (done once) tooth due to root canal failure.

Any idea how much a single mini-implant cost in california or anywhere in US? I understand many dentists will say the mini-implant fail rate is higher but regular is not 100% assurance either. It will all depend on dentist practice.

extracting #19 & #13....any suggestion I go with min-implant (abutment attached to implant) on both (molar tooth so don't know single piece implant will work)
