Minimum treatment needed as per my full mouth xray

I was facing tooth decay problem, to cure it my dentist suggested me to get a full mouth x-ray, here it is:

Based on X-ray he is suggesting that I need these treatments:

1. Extraction of all 4 wisdom teeth
2. Root Canal Treatment of the teeth which are next to wisdom teeth in my lower jaw
3. Dental bridge for missing teeth in lower jaw

Considering that cost of all these treatments is high, I want suggestions on minimum treatment needed.

Please suggest

Extraction of the two lower wisdom teeth
Root canal on the right second molar and MAYBE the left
Replace the missing tooth with bridge,implant or just keep the space with retainer.
