Scrapped teeth with a needle

I was supposed to have my last eight bottom teeth removed, but my husband got very sick and I missed my appointment. He is now under hospice care and I have to stay with him at home. He is my top priority now.
My teeth were hurting so I took a sewing needle and started trying to clean them. It relieved the pain, but I went too far with it. Now I have a bad taste in my mouth and a coated feeling in my mouth.
Can this make me sick and should I get help right away? It taste so bad and my teeth feel like they are melting.

There is a high chance that some or most of these teeth could lead to infection. If it was recommended they needed to be extracted, then it is best to stick to that recommendation.
