A couple days ago a small shallow hole appeared on the roof of my mouth, it doesn’t really hurt but it causes small discomfort when sucking/ swallowing. Any ideas what it could be ?

Apthous ulceration believed to be autoimmune origin. It usually happens during stress, trauma, or some sort of immune imbalance and will resolve in about 7 to 10 days.
