Red spots on gum and underneath top lip

Can a dentist give me some advice or help as to what's going on? The gums above my teeth have red spots and in the inner portion of my lip. If you know what is going on or know of any products that can help.

Did you get a definitive diagnosis about your condition? I think this is an allgergic reaction.

It is a bit difficult to give a diagnosis with such limited information.
I will advise you to, start rinsing with a Chlorhexidine mouthrinse or saltwater and then observe the lesions for 7days.
If no improvement, rather go see a dentist for a more definitive diagnoses and treatment.
