Red patches in inner cheek

Please can someone tell me what is the Red patches on my inner cheek is it serious do i have to go to see a dentist

For how long has these lesions been present? Based on the photos that you attached, it might be trauma related due to you wisdom teeth causing you to bite your cheek in this area.
I would go and see a dentist for evaluation in this regard, since if it is a chronic problem, removal of your wisdom teeth is needed.

Sir/ mam i notice this recently i have wisdom tooth and i stopped chewing from that side of teeth and is getting light red and small
