One year on and my teeth and gums are much worse. Please help, I’m at the end of my tether

Hi everyone. Please could you have a look at the photos below and help me out. The first one was taken one year ago, just after my dentist told me that I have something attacking my gums. She thought it could be Lichen Planus. The gums are inflamed.

One year on and as you can see the inflammation is much worse, plus, a gap has appeared between my front teeth. I think that’s because the gum is dying and creating space for gaps. I’m sure they’re receding.

There isnt much treatment available for Lichen Planus. What would you do and to you think my teeth and gums have got worse?

Too hard to see. Are those natural teeth or do you have veneers?
