i had my braces for almost one year and removed my braces on jan 12 and now i have my retainer. for the first week my retainer was perfect and has no issues. in the second week my gums started to bleed when i woke up in the morning and my front teeth shakes that i'm worried if it would fall out. please help me.
Should i wear my retainer if my gums bleed and teeth shakes?

Bleeding gums are (to my knowledge) caused by bad oral hygiene, so I wouldn't think that the retainer would be causing it. I've had my retainer for about a year now and haven't had a problem like this.
And I sometimes feel my teeth shaking but it's usually just my imagination. I would pay your orthodontist (and dentist) another visit about these problems as they're more likely to know.
